Well over 50 years ago, the men and women of the Turlock Police Department formed the "Widows & Orphans Benefit Fund." The core mission of this group was to care for families after an officer died in the line of duty. Soon this was expanded to care for all those suffering tragedy and loss. This effort went on to encompass all employees who passed-on after having served the City of Turlock with distinction and dedication.
The Executive Board of the Turlock Police Association / Widows & Orphans Foundation has a profound interest in serving the men and women who dedicate their lives to public safety and choose to serve in the community of Turlock.
